Continental Flowers was incorporated in Florida in August, 1974 to grow, import and distribute fresh cut flowers. Initially, we began servicing wholesale florists in the eastern United States with carnations and pompons. Since then, we have expanded to supply the entire U.S.A. and Canada with more than thirty varieties of flowers imported from Central and South America. As pioneers in floral importing, we have had years of experience improving quality, variety, packaging and handling.

We inaugurated our new office and distribution facility in 1989. Our state-of-the-art coolers and pre-coolers, as well as our modern fleet of refrigerated trucks, help to insure and maintain the quality and freshness of our flowers. Never once does our product experience any compromise in temperature or quality after arriving at our facility.

In 1990, we introduced our exclusive line of fresh, handmade bouquets to meet the growing demands of consumers. After the introduction in 1985 of the extremely popular “Madame Delbard,”, we have continued  bringing top of the line products to the marketplace. In 2002, Continental Flowers introduced two of the most successful products on the market today, our “Alstroejewels^®” Alstroemerias and the Forever Young Rose.

Now, thirty years after the establishment of the company, we have grown in many directions. The farms we own and partner with are committed to bringing you the freshest roses, alstroemerias, and carnations.  As a company that looks to the future, we also carry an ever-expanding line of novelty items to keep up with the latest trends. Our goal is to supply you with a vast array of flower varieties to provide immediate availability of the market’s hottest products.
